==History==
Kimo FallenLeaf is the current holder of this relic, though it was left in the safekeeping of Brother [[Denehan ClearStone]] for a short time.  Prior to that, it was hidden in a [[wizard]]'s tower in the foothills of the [[Crown of the Moon]], east of [[Corvis]].  The treant [[Humphgrough]] sent the party to the tower, in order to find out what was causing storms in his forest.  It is unclear whether or not Humphgrough was aware of the tower's history and treasure.

The [[Companions of the Rising Sun|Companions]] believe that the tower belonged to one of the original [[Conclave of the Elements|elementalists]], a theory borne out by the other residents and items to be found in the tower, which made heavy use of electricity and other elemental magic.
