Uncle to [[Nigel StoneVault]] on Nigel's mother's side, Brother Denehan ClearStone is also one of the most knowledgeable experts on the topic of magical item creation in Crescent. He maintains a laboratory in [[Luminaux]], at the [[Leaves of Learning]].

He is a high-ranking member of the Order of [[the Mind of the Prophet]], and is friends with [[The Hermit who Likes Pie]].

Brother Denehan also serves as a point of contact for the [[Companions of the Rising Sun]] in Luminuax, and was at one point the temporary guardian of both [[Rachel Weaver]] and the [[Breath of the Four Winds]]. 

Brother Denehan played a small direct roll in the events of [[Glory Exultation]], helping [[Jericho Arnon]] disable the wards in the [[Grand Concert Hall]] so that Jericho could channel the (nearly) unfiltered energy of the audience into the unbinding of the Time Spell.
