Editing Outgrabe

A hovering snowboard, this prototype magical item was developed by [[V'raag]]. The Outgrabe product line never got off the ground (ba dum bump) due to the difficulty of actually using it. Making full use of it requires exceptional balance and some amount of tumbling skill.  Thus far, only [[Sir Kimo DawnBreaker]] has demonstrated any proficiency in using it.

==Item Description==
This item is a plank of white wood, about 4 feet long, with rounded ends, edged in gold and platinum, with a strange pattern inlaid in black wood on the top.  There's a strap on one side, made of scaly black leather. It hovers between 5 and 8 inches off the ground, and is capable of supporting the weight of a man (up to 200 pounds). The rider leaves no tracks behind. An Outgrabe only works over solid surfaces.
