Sirid was killed and burned after he was found to be pseudo-undead and the force behind the growing evil in the area. Sadly, in the process, it was discovered that Sirid, or perhaps one of their ancestors, had also infected Rivver's wife, as her corpse, lying in state, burst into flames when the Ebon Heart was destroyed.
