Scion of Faithbrand during the time of the Scarlet War, Carline Bright-Eyes is said to be the only mortal since Malicean to have truly unlocked the potential of the holy relic.

She served as Field Marshal in the assault on the Jade Tower, under the direction of Lord Marshal Valanthe Amakiir, and fought at the side of Pandarial and Luz Solare at the battle of Windy Point.

After Valanthe Amakiir went mad (as noted in Red Day Dawning), Bright-Eyes ascended to become Lord Marshal of the Order of the Sword of Malicean.
