Elves are available as player characters as described in the ''Player's Handbook'', with the exception that their favored class is [[ranger]]. Elven lifespans have also been falling off in the last few centuries, such that many elves are not living to see their 200th birthday.

Elven Naming Conventions[edit]

Elves, Dwarves and Gnomes all follow a similar pattern for their family names. It's very frequently AdjectiveNoun, but what types of Nouns are used differ.
