Steppin' Razor is a Shifter monk of the Longstride tribe, a protégé of the Way of the Mystic Hand (Cobra Strike Style) and a follower of Mehana. He is highly mobile, and almost never sits still.

Steppin' Razor speaks broken Common, and speaks of himself in the third person. He speaks very little about his home, except to say that he is a warrior of the Longstride tribe, and has many wives.

Razor works for Division 7 of the Wardens of the Tower.
