Since the return of the mages to the Jade Tower, and the rise of the Jade Imperium, a small community has formed in the shadow of the Tower. Known as Everlight, this village is home to refugees, aristocrats, artists, poets, and madmen.
It's also the birthplace of the Arcane Herald, the world's first newspaper. Made possible by a prototype printing press from Luminaux's Barnabus and Nobble, Gnomish Book Printers, this rag reports on current events, national news, and society.
