One of the land-based gypsy Halfling clans, these were the inventors of the Shadowdance. They still ride today, driving their ghost wagons against the rising of the sun. With the emergence of the god Phealas, they have pledged allegiance to him.

Being trained as a Phantom Rogue involves finding, catching up with, and joining the Halfling clan Chaadarth, and riding with them for a while.
