This character class is available with the following notes:

Arcane magic is still illegal in Crescent. As such, the practicing, display, or use of wizardry is liable to get the wizard into a whole lot of trouble, real fast.
Important information can be found at the Jade Tower and College of Mages entries.
Wizards must be trained in the Jade Tower. As of this time, there has been no time to train any apprentice wizards; this means that any PC wizard was part of the College of Mages during the Scarlet War, hid in the Holy Temple at Mt. Daneasus, and is consequently over 500 years old (sort of).
