One of the land-based gypsy Halfling clans, these were the inventors of the Shadowdance. They still ride today, driving their ghost wagons against the rising of the sun. As they answer to no authority, they are outlaws.

Being trained as a Shadowdancer involves finding, catching up with, and joining the Halfling clan Chaadarth, and riding with them for a while.
