Luminaux, also known as the Blue City or the City of Harmony, is famous both for music, art and culture, and luxury trade goods.

Luminaux is now also the home of the Merchant Houses - powerful trading families which lineages that stretch back centuries.
Though technically the entire continent of Crescent is under the dominion of the Church, in practice this city is ruled jointly by the Church and the Guild Council, a loose confederation of craft and trade organizations and the Great Houses.
