Available without change, as listed in the Player's Handbook
- Barbarians are particularly prominent in the desert-dwelling human clans, and some of the Horse-Men (tribes of nomads that raise herds of horses on the southern plains.)
- With the recent invasions on the southwest coast of the Human lands, there are a larger number of Half-orcs than ever before, which means that there are increasing numbers of barbarians in the Southlands
- Some dwarven tribes also seem to have a tendency towards barbarism.
