A small order of priests who take ORB's dictates of harmony somewhat literally - through music, they seek to bring the people together. Along with Mask and Scroll, they are responsible for the organization and sponsorship of the Gloria, an annual music festival and competition. Membership in this order allows one to take levels in the Divine Voice prestige class.

They have headquarters in Luminaux.
