This gnome wizard is one of the most intelligent, organized mortals in all of Crescent. As Chief Clerk of the Wardens of the Tower, he is charged with managing, supplying, and tracking the various activities of all 7 divisions. As he is therefore party to every single bit of operational knowledge in the organization, he is also considered one of the most valuable personnel in the Tower, and is never allowed out without heavy guard.
He's also officious, boring, and a complete nerd who talks through his nose and wants everything in triplicate. And a decent spellcaster, when he finds the time.
