Available without change, as listed in the Player's Handbook.

The following Primal Paths are available, as noted:

Berserker (PHB)
Totem Warrior (PHB): Most likely a follower of one of Crustan's Spirit animals, as noted on the Cleric page.
Ancestral Guardian (Xanathar's)
Storm Herald (Xanathar's): Most likely a follower of Wind Drinker
Zealot (Xanathar's): Must be a follower of a god, and most likely War, in the aspects of Erythnul or Tempus.

Barbarians are particularly prominent in some of the Half-Orcs in the Shattered Isles and the area around Maxaen
Some dwarven tribes also seem to have a tendency towards barbarism.
