One of the bloodiest battles fought during the [[Scarlet War]] was with a battalion of [[Spellsword|Spellswords]], the last of the troops commanded by [[Shinn the Sorcerer]], Warlord of Windy Point. The battle lasted for nearly a year and laid waste to much of the land around [[Shinn's Bay]]. This land is yet today an arid wasteland, filled with fell beasts and shambling dead.
