The Breath of the Four Winds, the Amulet of Air, is in the possession of Kimo FallenLeaf.
Appearance
A circular disk of clear crystal, with a faintly-etched fractal patter, similar to a lightning bolt. It is mounted in a circle of shiny copper and hangs from a finely-wrought copper chain.
Side Effects
The Amulet of Air crackles with electricity, occasionally giving off a faint scent of ozone. It does 1d6 electricity damage, per round, to anyone making contact with it. It also functions as a necklace of adaptation.
History
Kimo FallenLeaf has been in possession of this relic for nearly a year, though it was left in the safekeeping of Brother Denehan ClearStone for part of that time. Prior to that, it was hidden in a wizard's tower in the foothills of the Crown of the Moon, east of Corvis. The treant Humphgrough sent the party to the tower, in order to find out what was causing storms in his forest. It is unclear whether or not Humphgrough was aware of the tower's history and treasure.
The Companions believe that the tower belonged to one of the original elementalists, a theory borne out by the other residents and items to be found in the tower, which made heavy use of electricity and other elemental magic.
