Faithbrand

The holy sword of Malicean, this bronze bastard sword is traditionally carried by the Lord Marshal, though not all of them have been able to use it to its full potential. Legend says that, since the death of Malicean, only Carline Bright-Eyes has unlocked all its secrets and truly deserved the title of Scion of Faithbrand.

Of the three holy relics of Malicean, his standard, his armor, and his sword, two were believed lost when the Holy Temple at Mt. Daneasus was removed from time. Only Faithbrand remained in the possession of the Church. With the recent return of the Temple, the other two have been reclaimed by the Church.
