Heart of the Endless Sea

The Heart of the Endless Sea, the Amulet of Water, also known as the Amulet of Gos, is in the possession of Regina ip Sunglimmer.

Appearance

A circular disk of pale blue crystal, with a faintly-etched wave pattern. It is mounted in a circle of mithril and hangs from a finely-wrought mithril chain.

Side Effects

The Amulet of Water is frigidly cold, causing nearby water to turn to slush. It does 1d4 cold damage, per round, and gives a -10 feet/round cold penalty to the speed of anyone making contact with it. It also allows its wearer to continually use the spell water walk.

History

Regina ip Sunglimmer has been in possession of this relic for a few months. She obtained it from her employer, Lady Dara Sunglimmer. Lady Sunglimmer claims to have purchased it at an estate auction in Mt. Daneasus.
