Bardic Knowledge

The class feature Bardic Knowledge is modified as so: A bard's class level is added as a bonus to skill checks for Knowledge (History & Legends). If a bard has no ranks in Knowledge (History and Legends), he may still make a check using his Int Bonus and class level.

Guild

Bards are particularly drawn to the Elvin City of Luminaux, renowned as a city of music, art, and culture and home of the performer's guild Mask and Scroll.

Variants

Most bards in Crescent have been dedicated to ORB, and use the Divine Bard variant. Arcane bards are now beginning to be seen, so characters may be of either variety. This must be chosen at first bard level and may not be changed thereafter.
