The Final Judge is ruthlessly and perfectly impartial. His followers were known for taking no sides save that of justice. They did, however, regard undead as an abomination to be hunted at all costs, and consequently channeled positive energy.

Reappearance

Though Phealas' constellation has reappeared - indeed, it appeared alongside Mehana's on the day of Glory Exultation - he has yet to put in any direct appearance to anyone, and has claimed only one cleric.
