Shepard's Trail

An underground movement organized by the Order of the Holy Compass, dedicated to rescuing and hiding young sorcerers. They entrust the young ones to Shepards - highly-trained volunteers who risk life and liberty to lead the outcasts to the City-State of Haven or the Jade Tower.

With the repeal of the laws against arcane magic, this organization is largely defunct.
