Here are some of my favorite moments and quotes from the Companions of the Rising Sun Campaign:
Moments[edit]
The time in Stormchasers when Kimo defeated all of the traps by simple blind dumb luck and good organic living.
The moment in Return of the Return of Salem when the party decided to take the fight to the villain on their own terms, causing me to scrap the planned adventure entirely and wing it.
The setup for Nigel Has a Dream when Nate, Nigel's player, realized that he had been completely played.
The scene in Burning Sands when Stanna had to confess that Baelwren's fondest dream was to stop the persecution of arcanists, thus revealing that she was an arcanist.
In Totentanz, when Nigel body-slammed -- successfully -- a flesh golem twice his size.
