This campaign takes place in the land of Crescent. The main land mass is a crescent shaped continent, approximately 2500 miles across, and about 2000 miles top to bottom. There is a large inland sea (think Mediterranean) approximately 1000 miles across, with one entrance to the greater ocean on the east side of the continent.

The continent is divided into five regions, each home to one of the major human or demi-human races. There is also a string of fairly large islands, the Star Islands, off the southwest of the continent. These islands are home to many of the monster races.
