An organization fronted by Salem, long-time nemesis of the Companions of the Rising Sun, this group appears to have some connection to the notorious vampire Simone Delcius, as well as possibly to Shinn the Sorcerer.

With the defeat of Salem by the Companions, and the passage of time, this group can probably be safely said to have collapsed.
