Dicta-scroll

A magical scroll with a phantom blue quill, this item records whatever words are addressed to it, much like Rita Skeeter's in Harry Potter. When originally found, this item had the journal of a treasure hunter recorded in its pages, right up until he was eviscerated by werewolves. If there is a functional limit to the amount of pages it can record, they have not yet been reached. (Is that correct? Jericho 10:47, 9 June 2007 (PDT))
